All prices include VAT. We only accept orders within the United Kingdom, Ireland and Channel Islands and Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, Italy,Greece and Switzerland).
Order Confirmation
We do not operate a minimum order charge.
When you place an order via the website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once we have received clearance confirmation of payment and your item is in stock, your order will be dispatched. If for any reason we are not able to supply a particular product, we will notify you immediately and then reimburse your credit card or suggest a suitable replacement.
Delivery Policy
Golfwear 4 Birdies aims to offer a prompt delivery service and will usually despatch all orders on the same or next working day. All orders placed between Sunday 6th June and Sunday 13th June will be despatched the week commencing Monday 14th June 2010. If for any reason,there will be a delay on your order, we will notify as soon as possible. A signature will be required upon delivery.
United Kingdom, Ireland and Channel Islands delivery charges:
All orders up to the value of £25.00 will incur £2.50 p&p.
All orders between £25.00 and £100.00 will incur £3.75 p&p.
All orders of £100.00 or more will be delivered free.
Western Europe - Standard Rate of £6.95 per order
Exchange & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Golfwear 4 Birdies, we will offer a refund (less postage) or exchange, providing the goods are returned, unmarked within 14 days of receipt and are still in the original packing. Please return any unwanted items to:

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and request that you always obtain a proof of postage when returning any items to us.
Cancellation Policy
Golfwear 4 Birdies offer a cancellation policy whereby you have up to 7 days to cancel your order from the date of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@golfwear4birdies.co.uk stating your order reference along with your instruction. If, however, we have dispatched your item then you must return your package unopened as soon as possible. We will not contribute to any postage but recommend proof of postage to ensure the goods reach us.
Once we have received the goods and your notification to cancel, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account. If the cancelled items are not returned to us then we reserve the right to deduct the total amount due to us from the credit or debit card details supplied.
